Allow around 5 to 15 days for the acceptance of the recruitment assignment, the market search, and the list of candidates. The next steps are up to you: how quickly you plan and conduct interviews and make a decision. In order to guarantee a reliable and effective recruitment process, it’s important that the deciding managers (hiring managers) are involved from the beginning. Positions are generally filled within 2 months.
